Review the Mystery Novel "The Six Mile Inn"

by Bob
(Charlestown, WV)

This book is great. I thought Lee's first mystery novel, The Third Moon is Blue, was great; this one is better.

In 1819, Lavinia Fisher was hung for murder, the first white women ever put to death in South Carolina. Lee took the facts from this case and weaved a beautiful, articulate, and realistic novel that intrigued both Faye and me from beginning to end. You if enjoy reading good novels, you will love this one.

For more info on Lavinia, google her on your computer. For pure reading enjoyment, obtain a copy of this book. And for you members of reading clubs, this would be a great read for your club.

No, I am not Lee's agent - just thought you might want to consider reading a good novel. -Bob
